Job Role: Marketing Specialist

Compensation range: $1800 - $2300 AUD / Monthly

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian leadership expert, coach, facilitator, author, and speaker with extensive experience in developing confident and capable leaders. Their work centres on delivering high-impact corporate leadership programs, including coaching frameworks and professional development initiatives designed for modern workplaces. They also offer specialised leadership projects tailored for industry professionals and host a weekly podcast focused on personal growth, confidence, and leadership excellence. Passionate about empowering individuals and teams, the client blends practical insights with engaging facilitation to create transformative learning experiences.

Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to support a coaching and corporate leadership development business. This role will be responsible for managing marketing funnels, social media content, YouTube editing and posting, and LinkedIn content scheduling. In addition, the position includes general administrative support, such as organizing training materials and assisting with operational tasks to ensure smooth program delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to support lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve digital marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for video editing and YouTube content management

Administrative & Program Support

  • Collate and organize training materials into a central resource library.
  • Assist in preparing materials for corporate leadership programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and responding to inquiries.
  • Help streamline internal processes to support business efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
  • Experience with marketing funnels and automation platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kajabi, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent written communication skills for social media and professional content.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Familiarity with corporate training or coaching businesses is an advantage.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
