As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for executing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful results. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes that support the company’s overall business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Which includes creating engaging content and graphics.
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Including coordinating with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities
• Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, product, and supply chain team to achieve the above initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 1+ years of marketing experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-orientated and highly organized
