Mō tēnei tūranga mahi (About the position)
We’re looking for a Mechanical Pipeline Technician to bring some good energy to the Northern Field Team. This is a great role for someone who loves getting outdoors on the road and in the field, and interacting with landowners (you'll know a thing or two about farming).
This role covers the northern part of our pipeline in Auckland region, from approximately Henderson to Marsden Point. Working from home (you'll need a dedicate home office space), you can also expect to spend time at our Auckland and Hamilton offices, and across the beautiful North Island from time to time.
Ko wai koe (About you)
As well as being an awesome team member who brings a 'can do' attitude and good energy to everything you do, you'll also leverage your relationship management skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
You are mechanically minded with a relevant trade qualification to match. You have an understanding of P&IDs, isolations and ideally experience in the energy sector.
An ability to work independently as well as part of our dispersed team is important, along with a full, clean driver's licence. You strive for continual improvement, developing yourself and others as you share your expertise, particularly with apprentices.
We're all about finding the right person and supporting you to grow your career and experience.
Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou (What’s in it for you)
