The Role
We are seeking an Media Insights & Reporting Analyst to leverage internal databases to develop client-facing reports and actionable insights. This role is responsible for extracting and analyzing data to help clients understand campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. Additionally, the analyst will create client-ready presentations, including Google Slides, that highlight performance trends and competitive insights for external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytics background, with proficiency in data reporting, Google Sheets, and related analytical tools, as well as experience translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. This role supports metrics-driven strategy and media decision-making by delivering data, analysis, and insights to clients, stakeholders, and partners. The Insights & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in driving performance improvements, increasing traffic, and optimizing conversion outcomes across digital initiatives.

The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 total compensation / will include a potential bonus opportunity and equity. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
