Job Duties

Rooming patients and reviewing their medical information and cosmetic desires

Assist with patient exams and office procedures including injectables

Taking photographs of patients before and after procedures and injectables

Cleaning, preparing and stocking patient exam

Ordering supplies

Returning patient phone calls and emails

Surgical chart preparation

Job Requirements Include

MA license

At least one year medical office experience required

Must take pride in personal presentation

Must have a positive and outgoing attitude

Must be able to multitask

Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Must be medical computer literate

Medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery experience a strong plus
