What you can expect when joining the team
As a member of our Medical Billing team, you will help ensure that physicians claims are submitted accurately and processed efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to helping healthcare professionals receive timely and accurate compensation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Enter and review medical billing claims accurately and efficiently
Apply diagnostic and procedure codes while ensuring compliance with billing guidelines
Process both electronic and paper claim submissions
Review remittance advice to identify discrepancies, denials, or missing information
Make corrections or adjustments to claims when necessary
Support claim reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain clear and accurate documentation within billing systems
Experienced team members may gradually take on additional responsibilities related to claim follow-up and reconciliation.

Demonstrated proficiency with computer tools and systems

Experience in the medical field, medical transcription, or medical administration (a strong asset)
