Position Overview
The Member Services Specialist is part of a team responsible for delivering a high-touch, white-glove member experience. You will contribute to a shared standard of excellence, ensuring that every interaction is handled thoughtfully, proactively, and with precision. Day-to-day, this role involves managing a high volume of member communication, scheduling logistics, and operational details—requiring strong organization and consistent follow-through.
Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience as part of a collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in getting every detail right—you are highly organized, naturally meticulous, and consistently approach your work with care and accuracy.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Member Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls that set members up for a successful first visit, including coordinating schedules, setting clear expectations and ensuring they feel informed and prepared.
- Member Communication: Manage and triage company communications through our helpdesk system, email, phone, and text.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate daily changes to technician, member and vendor schedules.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of member information and service requests within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to address member needs and enhance overall service delivery.
Who You Are
- 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you genuinely enjoy helping and talking to people
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
- Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership, follows through without being asked, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks
- Comfortable with technology (Google Suite, Excel, and internal tools); experience with helpdesk systems is a plus
- A background or interest in home maintenance/handyman work is a plus
