About the Role We’re looking for an Associate to join our Messaging Strategy & Operations team, supporting both Sender Operations and Deliverability functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process excellence, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring Attentive’s messaging ecosystem runs smoothly. This includes managing phone number provisioning and configuration to ensure high deliverability performance. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Strategy teams, as well as our external messaging partners, to identify and resolve issues, improve systems, and help scale the operational backbone that powers Attentive’s messaging platform.
