We are looking for a skilled Full Stack developer (mid level) for our BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques).
Main Responsabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand project needs and transform them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance development practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of Java development experience.
- Knowledge of Angular.
- Strong experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and a microservices architecture.
- Proficient in database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, in written and spoken form (mandatory).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
