We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong experience using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks and asolid understanding of general accounting principles

Salary: $80,000-95,000/year depending on experience

This is a hybrid opening (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in QuickBooks

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Create and maintain financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

Support month-end and year-end close activities

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks

4-10 years related work experience
