Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet employees, clients, and visitors with a welcoming attitude
Organize and maintain files (scanning, labeling, and filing)
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
Support shipping and receiving activities
Maintain office common areas, including stocking supplies
Help set up meetings and company events
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Experience with shipping & receiving preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and support a variety of office needs
Comfortable working in a small company environment
