Mid Senior Data Scientist

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Mid Senior Data Scientist for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, or Computer Science.
• 2 to 4 years of experience is required.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ML project delivery (data prep → modeling → deployment).
• Technical Requirements
• Advanced Python (modular code, OOP, APIs).
• Strong SQL (window functions, query optimization).
• Expert in supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Solid understanding of time-series modeling and model interpretability (SHAP, LIME).
• Experience with NLP pipelines (text cleaning, vectorization, embeddings).
• Knowledge of transformer models (BERT, GPT) and their fine-tuning using Hugging Face or OpenAI API.
• Able to build classification, summarization, or entity extraction solutions.
• Understanding of prompt engineering basics and embedding-based search.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Docker, FastAPI/Flask, or CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Works with cloud ML environments (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, or Dataiku).
