The Role:
At TRG Screen, we’re seeking a versatile Junior Business Analyst to join our Professional Services organization, reporting directly to the Business Analyst Manager. In this role, you will bridge business and technical domains, playing an integral part in the analysis, documentation, and implementation of solutions that address complex client needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, requirement gathering, and project deliverables across a variety of initiatives.
Your ability to adapt seamlessly to both business and technical contexts will be key to ensuring that TRG Screen delivers impactful solutions tailored to diverse challenges.
What success looks like:
In this role, you'll create comprehensive documentation to capture the operating environment documentation that enables our organization to deliver solutions perfectly aligned with customer value, needs and contexts. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, implementation success, and the strategic evolution of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document current (as-is) processes and design future-state (to-be) workflows.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer business environments, processes, and workflows
Document detailed operating models that capture the nuances of customer environments
Gather detailed requirements by engaging with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
Translate requirements into actionable documentation suitable for both business and technical implementation.
Collaborate on the delivery of projects by ensuring alignment with TRG Screen's overarching goals and standards.
Support remediations and bespoke projects by providing clear, actionable process maps and frameworks.
Build trusting relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring solutions meet their needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with exposure to both, business-focused and technical projects.
Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and business process modeling notations (e.g., BPMN).
Ability to identify and prepare the appropriate stakeholders for the interview process.
Excellent documentation skills, ability to translate complex environments into clear models and communicate clearly to internal stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse stakeholder engagement.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA or equivalent
