We’re looking for an ML / DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure powering our AI systems — ensuring that data pipelines, training clusters and deployed models run fast, reliably and at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build and operate the infrastructure behind our ML pipelines and video data processing tools

  • Manage GPU clusters, model deployment and continuous training workflows

  • Design and maintain CI/CD for ML — automating builds, testing and releases

  • Orchestrate and monitor distributed systems for stability and performance

  • Collaborate with data scientists to bridge research and production — enabling reproducible, scalable experiments

  • Continuously improve system reliability, observability and fault tolerance

You are

  • 5–7 years experience running large-scale ML or data systems in production

  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

  • Strong sysadmin fundamentals — Linux internals, networking, storage and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, Consul, Zookeeper, etc.)

  • Experienced in building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code

  • Able to communicate effectively with data scientists and anticipate their needs

  • Pragmatic, reliable and comfortable balancing ML experimentation with engineering rigor

Nice to have

  • Experience with big data pipelines or streaming video data

  • Familiarity with RedHat, Debian or CentOS environments

  • Background in GPU cluster management and distributed training

  • Interest in performance optimisation and inference efficiency

Why this role matters
You make advanced AI systems run like clockwork — turning complex ML research into dependable, production-grade infrastructure.
