Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align initiatives with customer needs.
- Oversee pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers to maximize value.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial management or similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of commercial principles, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating a team.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
