We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with 10+ years of experience to lead and deliver enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in the .NET technology stack, architecture design, performance optimization, and team mentorship. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of modules/features with a focus on architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
• Mentor and guide development teams on design patterns, coding standards, unit testing, and CI/CD best practices.
• Define and implement technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enhance team competency in coding and architecture.
• Lead technical discussions and modernization initiatives such as framework upgrades, performance optimization, and cloud adoption.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices, proactively manage risks, and remove technical blockers.
• Act as the technical point of contact for estimations, release planning, production readiness, and customer discussions.
• Establish best practices for technical documentation, version control, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development with strong enterprise application exposure.
• Expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, JavaScript, Windows Services, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with third-party UI/reporting frameworks such as Telerik, Crystal Reports, and Aspose.
• Strong knowledge of GIT, SVN, CI/CD pipelines, and build/deployment automation.
• Proficient in OOP concepts, design patterns, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, stored procedures, triggers, and database optimization.
• Proven experience across full SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and customer-facing technical collaboration.
• Experience in unit testing, test plan creation, and promoting automation.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, SES, SNS, SQS, logging, basic monitoring).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud migration strategies, AWS performance tuning, and database upgrades.
• Exposure to modernization initiatives such as legacy UI upgrades, .NET version migrations, and Oracle version migrations.
