Job Description: Full Stack Engineer (Fintech)

Position: Software Engineer

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development principles, a passion for writing clean and efficient code, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Design and develop robust and scalable APIs using the Microsoft .NET framework (.NET Core preferred).

· Develop responsive and interactive user-facing features using ReactJS, HTML, and other modern frontend technologies.

· Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.

· Ensure consistent performance and responsiveness across various platforms and devices.

· Establish and enforce design guidelines, standards, and best practices for web applications.

· Maintain and enhance the visual appearance and content consistency of websites.

· Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements.

· Incorporate new functionalities and features into existing web applications.

· Ensure high standards of security, maintainability, and code quality.

· Write unit and integration tests and manage the deployment of applications.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, enterprise-grade solutions.

Desired Experience and Skill Set:

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

· Strong proficiency in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Expertise in .NET Core and the Microsoft technology stack.

· Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.

· Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience working in Agile development environments.
