Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices, engineering standards, and technical quality.
- Guide the team in analysing functional requirements, defining product strategy and technical vision, ensuring alignment with Product Owners and Business Partners.
- Actively participate in managing and refining the Technical Backlog, ensuring compliance with Architecture guidelines.
- Promote continuous coaching within the development team, creating opportunities for technical growth and improving both individual and collective performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience, including previous experience as a Tech Lead.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Solid experience in designing and implementing cloud‑based systems (Kubernetes, Containers, Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with distributed architectures (multitenant, SaaS).
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design (DDD).
- Advanced experience in development with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Experience in mobile development using .NET MAUI, Blazor, or hybrid frameworks.
- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Collaborative mindset, results‑oriented, and focused on team success.

- Experience with messaging/streaming frameworks (Kafka, Message Hub/Queue, Pulsar, Solace).
- Knowledge of API Gateway, API Management, and integration tools.
- Previous experience with Oracle Retail or other Retail solutions.
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace).
