We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our NetSuite ERP system within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role is critical to ensuring system integrity, GxP compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to SOX/internal control requirements.
The ideal candidate brings deep NetSuite expertise combined with experience operating in FDA-regulated or compliance-heavy environments. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite and partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Quality, and Operations to drive scalable, compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Administration & Optimization
Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP in a validated environment
Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and custom fields
Manage sandbox testing, upgrades, and release management
Support multi-entity and multi-subsidiary structures
Oversee integrations and data imports while ensuring data integrity
Compliance & Validation
Ensure system compliance with GxP, SOX, and internal control requirements
Support system validation activities
Maintain SOPs, configuration documentation, and audit trails
Participate in internal and external audits
Manage change control processes and documentation
Conduct user access reviews and enforce segregation of duties (SoD)
Financial & Operational Support
Partner with Finance to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Maintain audit-ready reporting and system documentation
Support compliance reporting and traceability requirements
Provide structured end-user training within a controlled environment
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of NetSuite administration experience
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated environments
Strong understanding of GxP and/or SOX compliance frameworks
Experience supporting system validation and change control
Deep knowledge of NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and reporting
Strong documentation discipline and SOP development experience
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite Administrator Certification
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics
Experience supporting FDA-regulated environments
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 principles
Experience in multi-entity or global environments
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Requires prolonged periods of computer use for data entry, document preparation, email communication, and HR system management.
May involve occasional lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.
Ability to navigate standard office environments and participate in occasional employee events or meetings.
