POSITION SUMMARY
The Network & Infrastructure Intern will support the Network and Infrastructure team in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the organization’s network and systems environment. This internship provides exposure to enterprise networking, server infrastructure, and IT operations while working alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, and how we can leverage AI to garner efficiencies.
Full-time: 40 hours per week from June 1st, 2026 until August 7th, 2026
Location: Onsite at 111 W 33rd Street, New York NY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with our Network Team to understand network design and layoutExplore new technology solutions to address a specific real world technology challengeLeverage AI to automate processes or data review and analysisDevelop Project Management knowledge and best practices using Monday.comCollaborate with senior network engineers to ensure all relevant equipment data is collectedExposure to our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)Exposure to Salesforce as our service desk ticket systemDocument network diagrams, system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guidesPlace all gathered data into Visio diagrams, as well as supporting Word, Excel, and Scribe documentsProvide weekly status reports to senior IT Management
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and VisioTeam player with demonstrated leadership skillsBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Ability to document technical information clearlySelf-motivated, driven, organized, and hard-workingHands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A Junior enrolled in a four-year or five-year undergraduate program in the class of 2027 is preferredA strong interest in Network Administration and/or Network Design as a career is preferredB.A. program or related fieldStrong interest in technologyInterest in PropTech, Internet of Things, and Real Estate a plus
