We are seeking a skilled Newgen Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade BPM/ECM solutions using Newgen OmniFlow iBPS and OmniDocs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow design, document management, custom component development, and system integration within large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development : Design and implement business workflows using Newgen OmniFlow iBPS.
  • Develop and customize forms using Newgen iForms and UI components.
  • Configure and deploy OmniDocs for advanced document management (document classes, privileges, retention, indexing).
  • Build custom utilities, services, and connectors using Java/J2EE and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Integration: Integrate Newgen solutions with core enterprise systems (e.g., CRM/ERPCore BankingSAPEmailAD/LDAPSSO).
  • Implement web servicesmessage queues, and event-driven integrations as required.
  • Environment & Deployment.: Package and deploy components across environments (Dev/UAT/Prod) on Tomcat/WebLogic/WebSphere.
  • Configure application servers, data sources, caching, and scheduler jobs.
  • Quality, Performance & Security: Conduct code reviews, optimize workflow performance, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
  • Ensure platform governance, auditability, and compliance with security best practices.
  • Lifecycle & Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements

Experience Range: 4 yrs to 8 yrs

Certification : Newgen

Must to have : Core Java ( Backend SQL scripts, Springboot strong advantage)
