Job Summary

Analyzes existing procedures to develop improvements and refinements, and writes procedure bulletins. Provides advanced system triage and support for all Commercial Insurance Center locations. Researches and resolves system errors. Acts as a subject matter expert on Commercial projects, defects and enhancements and coordinates with IT. Supports release management pre and post production validation events. Supports coordination of User Acceptance Test events on new features and functionality.
