Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about home appliances, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or knowledge of home appliances is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
