Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with a variety of inquiries ranging from product information to issue resolution.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on satisfactory resolution.
• Document customer interactions to support team performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve our service offerings.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and policies to effectively support customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferable.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers positively.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
