As a Norwegian Speaking Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking clients. Your role will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships through effective communication and service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client concerns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful assistance to clients.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• A friendly and approachable attitude towards clients.
