- Provide clinical nurse leadership, ensuring patient care meets professional standards and organizational policies
- Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and orient new staff
- Perform supervisory visits and case reviews to maintain quality of care
- Collaborate with patients and nursing team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Act as a professional role model and mentor, demonstrating clinical expertise and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care and smooth transitions
- Manage patient complaints, maintain accurate records, and oversee inventory to ensure effective patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety in the healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Current CNO registration as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, degree preferred
- Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor/Manager, preferably in a community setting
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients
- Current CPR certification
