Odoo Developer

We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join our team on a contract basis for 3–6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, and integration, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
 

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements

• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions

• Perform Odoo backend development using Python and PostgreSQL

• Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and security rules

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices

• Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation

• Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development

• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM

• Experience with Odoo versions (v12 and above preferred)

• Good knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.

• Experience in XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports

• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
