The Office Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This position provides administrative, operational, and logistical support while serving as a central point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors. The Office Coordinator helps maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Office Operations & AdministrationMonitor, organize, and replenish office and kitchen supplies, food and beveragesMaintain office supplies and general office inventorySupport food service programs and vendor relationships (supplies, catering, etc.)Support administrative projects as assignedCoordinate office maintenance requests and work with facilities or building management as neededLiaise with Facilities, Maintenance and IT to assess and address office needsHelp maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming office environmentCoordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplaceEmployee Experience & Engagement
Support planning and coordination of company social events, including Summer and Winter Celebrations, along with a quarterly employee activityOrganize catering and event logisticsSupport employee recognition and engagement initiativesHuman Resources Support
Support badging and access coordinationSupport first-day setup and welcome processes
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required1–2 years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience preferredAbility to take direction from manager, prioritize tasks and work independentlyStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficient and strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides and/or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelvProven ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlinesService-oriented mindsetCollaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanorMust be able to easily lift 30-50 lbs.
