Join our Institutional Retirements team as an Operational Planning Analyst, where you’ll help deliver a high‑quality service to our customers by planning, monitoring and supporting resources across Pensions Risk Transfer (PRT) Customer Services. You’ll keep operational planning systems accurate, track real‑time performance and use planning tools to inform decisions. You’ll adjust resources to optimise performance, communicate updates to stakeholders and support effective workload distribution across Customer Services.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing regular and ad‑hoc reports for key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Planning and optimising staffing resources across the Customer Services team while communicating changes effectively
- Managing agent schedules and supporting colleagues with an empathetic and balanced approach
- Enhancing and improving the use of technology, systems and tools to support performance and MI delivery
- Identifying improvement opportunities, highlighting operational risks and making informed recommendations
- Analysing trends, interpreting data and reporting insights to support decision‑making and optimise operational planning
- Challenging processes and behaviours constructively to support accountability and continuous improvement
- Considering customer needs and behaviours to ensure our service supports good outcomes
