We are looking for an organized and efficient Operations Administrator to join our team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, assist in project coordination, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics and assist with scheduling of deliveries and inventory management.
- Maintain and update operational documentation and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and timelines, identifying any issues that need addressing.
- Support cross-departmental communication and collaboration to promote operational efficiency.
- Handle general inquiries and support in the resolution of operational challenges.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an operations administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
