Support accounts payable processes, including managing invoices, executing payments, and ensuring financial records are properly maintained.
Manage vendor portals and collect invoices to ensure they are correctly shared with our accounting partners and included in tax filings.
Track and manage recurring subscriptions and payments across company tools and services.
Create and send invoices to customers and monitor incoming payments.
Follow up on outstanding invoices when necessary and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
Support recruiting operations by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining our candidate management platform.
Conduct initial candidate screening interviews where appropriate.
Collect and organize interview feedback from hiring teams.
Assist with operational tasks across the company, helping maintain documentation and supporting leadership with day-to-day operational needs.
Based in London and willing to work from our Finsbury Park office.
