Portugal, with priority given to Cascais / Lisbon (regular physical presence required).
About the Role
Shanty Place is an offline space based in Cascais, Portugal, offering yoga, body practices, retreats, art therapy, sound healing, and other transformational formats.
The project is entering a new growth phase:
expansion beyond the founder,
onboarding additional practitioners,
launching new directions,
and, at a later stage, developing a subscription-based digital product (app with courses and gamification).
The team is strong in creativity and ideas.
What we need now is structure, financial clarity, and operational ownership.
We are seeking a strong operational leader with a financial mindset who will act as the bridge between strategy and execution and take full responsibility for results.
