The company combines data, analytics, and SaaS products to help businesses make smarter decisions in a complex and highly specialized market. With an international team and strong product culture, they are entering a new phase of growth and expanding their product team.
We are looking for a hands-on Product & Testing Manager who will play a key role in day-to-day product operations and product quality.
You will work closely with the Head of Product and take ownership of execution — from sprint planning and backlog management to testing and release coordination.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of Product Management and QA, ideal for someone who enjoys both building and improving products, and ensuring they work flawlessly in production.
Support and drive product workflows: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination
Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales
Translate customer feedback, market insights, and business goals into clear product requirements
Contribute to shaping and executing the product roadmap
Design and maintain test plans and test scenarios for new features
Perform hands-on manual testing for each release
Collaborate with engineers on E2E testing strategy
Contribute to building and improving automated testing coverage
Advocate for high product quality and continuous QA improvements
Maintain internal and external product documentation
Contribute to knowledge bases and help center content
Prepare product updates and internal communications (e.g., product newsletters)
Research and apply best practices in product management and QA
2+ years of experience in Product Management, QA, or hybrid roles in SaaS or software environments
Strong understanding of Agile processes (sprints, backlog, releases)
Experience with manual testing and E2E testing principles
Hands-on mindset — comfortable working with tickets, testing, and execution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented
Good understanding of UI/UX and product quality standards
Fluent English (German is a plus)
