What You Will Do
Manage and coordinate worldwide tour operations according to customer and agent requirementsLead and develop the operations team while ensuring quality and efficiency standardsCollaborate with Country Managers, Sales team, and Network OfficesWork with Head of Operation on manpower optimization and efficiency improvementsMonitor cancellation deadlines and ensure compliance with standard SOPsHandle complaint resolution efficiently and operate system for data analysis
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Tourism / Hospitality Management Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5+ years in a managerial roleProven team leadership experienceStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitieslkExcellent communication skills and ability to work independentlyMature professional capable of performing under pressure
