Operations Specialists are the operators behind Valerie’s AI platform. Each specialist owns the operational delivery for a set of partner medical groups, ensuring their workflows run accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
You will serve as the primary operational owner (POC) for assigned customers, responsible for maintaining high-quality execution while helping improve the systems and workflows that power Valerie’s platform.
For high-performing team members, this role offers meaningful growth opportunities within the first 6-12 months. As Valerie scales, strong operators often expand their scope beyond core workflow execution to drive process improvements, support automation initiatives, and help shape how operations runs across new partners and products.
Working inside a fast-growing AI-native company also provides exposure to how different parts of the business operate, including operations, engineering, and customer teams. Own Operational Delivery for Customers: Serve as the primary operations POC for partner practices, ensuring their workflows run smoothly and meet quality and performance expectations.
Execute Core Platform Workflows: Process and verify patient and practice data through Valerie’s internal systems with high accuracy and speed.
Maintain Quality and Data Integrity: Identify discrepancies, edge cases, and workflow issues and resolve or escalate them quickly to maintain platform reliability.
Improve Operational Systems: Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen operational processes.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Central Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams to surface issues, provide operational insights, and help improve the platform.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong academic or analytical ability.
Early-career candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior startup, operations, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly.
