🔹 QHSE Representative (x2)
Responsibilities:
Implementation of the QHSE management system, legal compliance monitoring, site inspections and audits, incident and near-miss investigations, HSE trainings and toolbox talks. Monitoring HSE KPIs and direct reporting to the Project Manager.
Profile:
Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in heavy industry (O&G, construction, mining). Proven experience as an HSE Manager on EPC projects. Bilingual profile is an asset.
🔹 QHSE Representative (x2)
Missions :
Mise en œuvre du système QHSE, suivi de la conformité légale, inspections et audits terrain, enquêtes incidents/near-miss, formations HSE et toolbox meetings. Gestion des KPI HSE et reporting direct au Project Manager.
Profil :
Diplôme supérieur, minimum 10 ans d’expérience en industrie lourde (O&G, construction, mines), expérience HSE Manager en EPC, bilingue apprécié.
🔹 Purchase Officer (x1)
Responsibilities:
Procurement and supply management, supplier negotiations, order and delivery follow-up, critical stock management, and logistics coordination (Nouméa / Fiji / Australia). The role includes managerial responsibilities.
Profile:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in procurement or supply management. Bilingual French/English required.
🔹 Purchase (x1)
Missions :
Gestion des achats et approvisionnements, négociation fournisseurs, suivi des commandes et livraisons, gestion des stocks critiques et coordination logistique (Nouméa / Fiji / Australie). Rôle incluant des responsabilités managériales.
Profil :
Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en achats/supply management. Bilingue requis FR/EN
🔹 Accountant (Reporting to the Project Controller) – (x1)
Responsibilities:
Project accounting, invoice processing and monitoring, bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, and PNG tax reporting.
Profile:
Proven experience in project accounting. Strong knowledge of the PNG context is highly appreciated.
🔹 Accountant (Rattaché au Project Controller) – (x1)
Missions :
Comptabilité de projet, saisie et suivi des factures, rapprochements bancaires, états financiers et déclarations fiscales PNG.
Profil :
Expérience confirmée en comptabilité projet, bonne connaissance du contexte PNG fortement appréciée.
🔹 Chief Surveyor – QHSE (x2)
Responsibilities:
On-site HSE supervision and implementation of procedures validated by the Site Manager and the QHSE Representative. Acts as the right-hand support to the Site Manager on HSE and works-related matters.
Profile:
Strong field experience in construction works and HSE.
🔹 Chief Surveyor– QHSE (x2)
Missions :
Supervision HSE sur site, application des procédures validées par le Site Manager et le QHSE Representative. Véritable bras droit du responsable de site pour les sujets HSE et travaux.
Profil :
Expérience terrain confirmée en travaux et HSE.
