Salary range: Rs 1100000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 11-50 LPA)

Min Experience:

Senior Associate: 4-8 years [upto 20 LPA]
Manager: 8-9 Years [ upto 35lpa]
Senior Manager: 12-15 Years [upto 50LPA]

Work Model & Shift

• Hybrid model: 2 days per week from office (approximately 8 days per month)

Role Overview

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management Cloud (RMC) solutions. The incumbent will work closely with functional, technical, and compliance teams to strengthen security architecture, governance, risk, and control frameworks across SaaS and PaaS environments. Senior roles will additionally lead teams, client engagements, and delivery governance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Security & RMC

• Design, implement, and manage Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management Cloud (RMC) solutions
• Configure, support, and maintain Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
• Build, manage, and optimize custom roles, page customizations, and security configurations
• Support security architecture across Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications

Risk, Compliance & Controls

• Assess, implement, and strengthen IT General Controls (ITGC) and business process controls
• Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives across Oracle Cloud environments
• Partner with functional and technical teams to address audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Leadership Responsibilities (Manager / Senior Manager)

• Lead and mentor delivery teams
• Drive client discussions, solution design, and implementation planning
• Own delivery governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder management
