Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is for a weekend Database Support position supporting 12 hours Friday/Saturday/Sunday and 4 hours on Monday.
As a Database Administrator, you will work in a team environment to provide database support including:
- Support GTI and Line of Business (LOB) with major incidents, changes and customer requests.
- Upgrades & Performance Monitoring
- Database Software Installation
- Replication Management
- Diagnosing system problems
- Disaster Recovery
- Leading and participating in initiatives to improve service offerings
- Creating and communicating service delivery procedures and run-books
- Managing SLAs and deadlines
- Vendor escalation
- Providing timely resolutions to break/fix issues
- Performing duties following all JPMC standards regarding engagement,
- change management and escalations
