Primary skills - R12 iRecruitment/HRMS/SSHR Functional (Mandatory that resource should be knowing the 3 modules functionally). Resource should have knowledge on configuration and personalization of iRecruitment, SSHR and HRMS screens. Having past implementation experience will help the resource to survive. Shift working is mandatory. Resource should be able to work independently in providing functional solution around Release 12 iRecruitment, HRMS & SSHR modules. Resource should be comfortable in doing functional personalization's & small solutioning/implementation around iRec/HRMS modules. Good communication skills to talk to customer (IT & business) independently. Having some implementation background is mandatory for resource survival.
Experience: 3-8 years.
