Oredata Academy - Jr. Software Engineer
Oredata provides a fast-paced and hands-on creative environment for recent graduates. If you are a new graduate looking to grow and develop your career as part of a collaborative team, we would be happy to have you join us.
New graduates and engineers with up to 1 year of professional experience are eligible to participate in the Oredata Academy Program.
After 3 months of training and hands-on projects, successful participants will have the opportunity to join one of Oredata’s teams.
What kinds of skills do we need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in frontend development
- Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, or Next.js
- Experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Strong willingness and ability to learn technologies quickly
- Open to continuous learning and keeping up with modern software development trends
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
