The E-Volunteer’s Role

Support the Journey to Becoming a Caring Organization! Cuso International is seeking a remote volunteer to support WWB Colombia Foundation remotely in strengthening its ability to manage and support employee care responsibilities. This placement plays a key role in helping the organization align with international care standards and advance its goal of becoming a recognized “Caring Organization.”

This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about workplace wellbeing, gender equality, care economics, and organizational development who want to make a meaningful impact in an international context.

As an e-volunteer, you will support the organization through the following activities:

• Benchmarking & Research
  Conduct comparative research on care policies and best practices in similar organizations.

• Care Burden Analysis
  Design and apply diagnostic tools to assess care responsibilities and unmet needs among staff.
• Caring Organization Certification Preparation
  Review international “Caring Company” standards and assess gaps between current practices and required criteria.
• Awareness & Strategy Development
  Contribute to strategies that highlight the impact of care responsibilities on workplace performance, wellbeing, and gender equality.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Postgraduate studies in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Gender Studies, Economics of Care, or similar disciplines are an asset

Essential Background:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Strong analytical skills, including experience using data analysis tools
