Be the reason kids love their day!

In our OSHC programs, children are encouraged to grow through play, friendship, and creativity, while being supported in a caring Christian environment. As an OSHC Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to guide, encourage, and model Christian values while making a real impact on young lives.

What happens next?

At JAG, we like to do things differently. After submitting your application, you’ll be invited to complete a quick 10–15 minute chat-based interview. It’s part of our innovative process to find the best people to serve alongside us. It also gives you a chance to share your talents, values, and passion for children that can’t always be seen on paper.

Once complete, we’ll guide you through to the next stage. As a bonus, you’ll receive an overview of your interview results for your own development.

Why you’ll love working with us:

✨ Faith-aligned environment – Inspire and support children in a community grounded in Christian values.

✨ Flexible Work-Life Balance – Choose shifts that fit around your studies, family, or hobbies.

✨ Great Pay & Perks – Split shift allowances, casual loading rates, and referral bonuses.

✨ Extra Incentives – We’re approved for the ECEC Grant, so you’ll get an extra 10%.

✨ Career Growth – Step up from Educator to Coordinator, and beyond.

✨ Training & Support – No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you to succeed.

While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for:

  • A genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check.
