Outside Sales Representative - Yuba City, CA

Location: Onsite:Yuba City, CA.

Location Status:      Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Frequent travel to and work from other Race offices or other off-site locations will be required.

Comp: Salary + Bonus Incentive Potential | Hourly rate $18-19/hr. | Total anticipated yearly compensation between $36,000 - $75,000

Position Impact:

What We Offer:

• $19/hr (Guaranteed) + uncapped commissions (Total anticipated yearly compensation: $70,000 - $85,000+)

What You'll Do:

• Connect with potential customers door-to-door, explaining the benefits of Race fiber internet, phone, and TV services.
• Identify customer needs and close sales.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

What You Need:

• Valid California driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
