Requirements

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 5+ years specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Deep expertise in PAM technologies, architecture, and governance across server, cloud, secrets management, and endpoint access.
• Proven experience owning and leading PAM platforms or products within large, regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows, Unix/Linux systems, databases, and business-critical applications.
• Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-wide PAM adoption, reducing security risk, and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within Agile or product-based delivery models.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
