Parking Desk Analyst will provide direct support to the NAVSEA facilities staff.
Main duties include:
- Responsible for the management and oversight of parking operations and facilities.
- Provides administrative and technical support to enhance parking operations.
- Develop long-term plans and strategies for parking inventories and traffic regulations.
- Generates daily/weekly/monthly parking metrics and reports.
- Daily interaction with customers fulfilling requests to process walk-in renewals, check-out, and new hire permits.
- Enforces company policy and ensures adherence to policies and laws.
- Maintains automated records of permit parking spaces.
- Interacts with the public to resolve issues related to the issuance of parking permits, spaces, and compliance with parking regulations.
- Answers phone, maintain phone inquiries, schedule appointments and log messages.
- Responds to correspondence, phone requests and complaints about parking operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable.
- Must be able to perform duties without management supervision.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Public trust clearance preferred, or ability to obtain, pre-hire.
- Able to obtain secret clearance post-hire.
