- Provide day-to-day administration and business meeting scheduling;
- Book and arrange business trip logistics, including travel, transport and accommodation;
- Act as a first point of contact to greet visitors, screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence;
- Handle full spectrum of office administration work including but not limited to office equipment & facilities maintenance, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase.
- Maintain conference rooms and pantry cleanliness and tidiness
- Outdoor work may require occasionally;
- Assist in business activities and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- HKCEE F.5/DSE or Diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is prefer
- Fresh graduate/Final year student are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
- Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
