About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and high-energy Partner Development Representative (PDR) to join our growing Partner Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting IT Service Providers, MSPs, and consulting firms into Secureframe’s Service Partner Program.
This is a high-volume, high-impact demand generation role focused on outbound and inbound partner engagement. You’ll be on the front lines introducing Secureframe to potential partners, qualifying fit, and guiding them through the early stages of joining our partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
Partner Outreach & RecruitmentOwn inbound and outbound partner engagement across email, LinkedIn, phone, and ZoomExecute high-volume outbound outreach to identify and recruit IT Service Providers into the Secureframe Service Partner ProgramQualify inbound partner leads and respond quickly to new interestConduct initial discovery conversations to assess partner fit and alignmentProgram & Product PositioningClearly articulate the value of Secureframe’s platform and Service Partner ProgramGuide prospective partners through discovery to determine the best-fit engagement model (reseller vs. managed service provider)Process ManagementManage the partner recruitment lifecycle from first touch to provisioningAccurately track all outreach, conversations, and outcomes in the CRMCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Partner Managers and the broader Partner Team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent partner experienceShare feedback and insights from the field to help improve partner messaging and processesPerformance & GrowthMeet or exceed daily and monthly targetsContinuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion and efficiency
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in a high-volume demand generation, sales development, or business development roleStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey value quicklyHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentData-driven mindset with experience using CRMs to track activity and performanceCurious, coachable, and eager to learn new industries and products
