This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue, NY office.
Black Hat is looking for a talented Partnership Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our presence in the cybersecurity community. This role you will focuses on building impactful relationships with sponsors, industry leaders, non-profits, and educational institutions to enhance brand awareness, attract attendees, and reinforce our position as the leading cybersecurity events company.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy
- Develop and implement partnership marketing strategies aligned with event goals and business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across sectors such as corporate sponsors, industry associations, non-profits, and educational institutions.
- Create partnership frameworks that deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Act as the primary contact for marketing partnerships and relationship management.
- Develop trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers at partner organizations.
Program Development
- Launch co-marketing programs to drive attendee acquisition and brand awareness.
- Develop joint content initiatives like webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
- Coordinate partnership activations at events, including co-located experiences and joint presentations.
Sponsor Collaboration
- Work with the sales team to identify partnership opportunities within sponsor relationships.
- Design co-marketing initiatives that go beyond traditional sponsorship packages.
Performance Measurement
- Set KPIs and track partnership performance, including lead generation and attendee acquisition.
- Provide regular reports on partnership ROI and optimize strategies based on data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event teams to align partnerships with business strategy.
- Work with content and communications teams to develop thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or relationship management.
- Proven ability to build successful B2B partnerships and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Preferred
- Background in cybersecurity, technology, or events.
- Existing network within the cybersecurity community.
- Experience with non-profit or educational partnerships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - 100,000 based on experience.
