Responsible for processing payroll and maintain accurate and updated payroll information to ensure employees of Al Borg are paid the right amount on time.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day activities related to payroll function in accordance to Al Borg’s policies and procedures.
- Collect, calculate, and enter data into the payroll system in order to maintain accurate payroll information on Mena ITech.
- Accurate input of regular/ad-hoc payroll adjustments.
- Check and resolve any payroll discrepancy before submitting payroll report for final approval.
- Liaise with HR Services for new hires and leavers and ensure system is updated accordingly.
- Check the payslips on Mena ITech and ensure it reflects the correct data.
- Handle any issues/queries and answer any questions on payroll matters.
- Collect and ensure the accuracy of employee timesheets and update the payroll system accordingly.
- Ensure complying with labor law regulations and Al Borg policies and procedures related to payroll.
- Provide relevant reports to HR Service Manager as required.
- Calculate final settlements as notified by HR Services, recover any loan balances etc.
- Calculate and process emergency manual payments as required.
- Perform other tasks, when assigned and only required.
Requirements
Experience
- [3-5] years in related experience.
- Practical experience in payroll is preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare or diagnostic industry is an advantage.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required
- Professional certificates, such as, CIPD, SHRM, HRI is an advantage.
