Altus Pediatric Billing is hiring experienced Pediatric Billing Specialists to support practices using PCC (Physicians Computer Company) EMR.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Knows PCC well and
- Has deep pediatric billing experience and understands the nuances of pediatric payers, workflows, and compliance

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of pediatric claims in PCC EMR
- Investigate, appeal, and resolve denied and underpaid claims
- Identify trends and root causes of denials (not just fix them once)
- Communicate clearly and professionally to support exceptional client service
- Ensure every patient visit is billed accurately and followed through to payment
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience
- Strong understanding of the full claim lifecycle (from charge entry to payment resolution)
Strongly Preferred
- Hands-on PCC EMR experience
- Pediatric billing experience (or significant exposure to pediatric payer rules)
- Confidence working denials independently and knowing where to look when something doesn’t add up
